Tenant isolation
Every studio's data — bookings, customers, invoices, staff, and files — is isolated at the database level from every other studio on the platform. No studio can query or view another studio's records.
Access control
Role-based permissions govern what each staff member can see and do within a studio. Platform administration is handled through a completely separate authentication system from studio accounts.
Backups
Platform backups run on a regular schedule, with checksum verification before any restore is performed.
Payment data
Payment processing is handled by our connected payment providers — card and payment details are never stored directly by the platform.
